Course Length:  1 Semester

Course Goals: 

• To continue to develop proficiency and self-reliance in the use of computers and our school network
  

• To learn to communicate using text, graphic images, sound, motion and possibly video
  

• To learn to create a variety of multimedia presentations; interactive, non-interactive, presenter-controlled, viewer-controlled.  
  

• To further develop skills in the following areas: problem solving, risk taking, organization, logic and patience. 
  

Evaluation:              

Class Requirements: 

1.   Come to class on time and be prepared to work.  Any class work not completed during class time must be finished outside of class.

2.   Personal use of the Internet or email is NOT allowed during class time.

3.   Treat equipment with care; your workstation is your responsibility.

4.       Respect one another’s workspace.

5.       Follow computer room rules.
